The monthly plan starts with a 3-day free trial (new subscribers only, one per customer). We collect your card at sign-up but don't charge you during the trial. When the 3 days end, your Premium continues and we charge US$8.99/month automatically — unless you cancel before the trial ends, in which case you keep Premium until the trial's last day and are never charged. We'll email you about a day before the trial ends as a reminder. The yearly plan has no trial and is billed US$89.64 once a year. After the trial, both plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (billed in your local currency at checkout) until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage Subscription; cancellation stops the next renewal and your Premium access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. Payments aren't pro-rated or refunded for partial periods. See our Terms.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and SinkWise ("SinkWise," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the SinkWise website and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Paid subscriptions and minors. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before purchasing or maintaining a paid subscription ("SinkWise Premium"), and that parent or guardian is responsible for any charges made to a payment method used for your account.
SinkWise is a budgeting tool that helps you create and track sinking funds — dedicated savings goals. This is not financial advice. Nothing in the Service, including AI Insights, constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
SinkWise Premium includes an "AI Insights" feature using a third-party AI model to generate personalized observations based on data you provide. AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate and is for informational purposes only.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems, disrupt the Service, or submit fraudulent financial information with intent to harm SinkWise or others.
You retain ownership of the financial data you enter. We store and process it only as necessary to operate the Service — for example, rendering your dashboard or generating AI Insights at your request.
The Service's design, branding, and code (excluding your own content) belong to SinkWise.
The Service relies on Google Firebase, Stripe, and Anthropic. Your use is also subject to their respective terms.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SinkWise will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of what you paid us in the prior 12 months, or $50 USD.
Please read carefully — this affects your legal rights. Disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court. You and SinkWise each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your own country or state require otherwise.
You may delete your account anytime via the in-app tools. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
We'll give reasonable notice (in-app or by email) before material changes take effect.

This Privacy Policy explains how SinkWise collects, uses, and protects your information.
SinkWise uses artificial intelligence. The Premium "AI Insights" feature uses a third-party AI model (Anthropic) to generate personalized observations from data you submit. We don't use your data to train any AI provider's models.
To provide and improve the Service, process subscription payments, generate AI Insights when requested, and communicate with you about your account. Your data is never sold, and never shared with any organisation or individual for their own use. We use Google Analytics (only if you accept analytics cookies) and similar service tools to understand how SinkWise is used, solely to improve our services — and we never use your financial data to show you third-party advertising.
No one, for their own purposes. Your information is disclosed only to the service providers needed to run and improve SinkWise, acting on our instructions: Google Firebase (hosting/database), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI Insights), and Google Analytics (only with your cookie consent).
Your data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure in the United States, with per-user access isolation enforced by Firestore security rules.
SinkWise is intended for users 13 and older. If you're under 18, use SinkWise only with a parent or guardian's knowledge, and have them approve any paid subscription.
You can export your data to CSV, delete funds or your full account in-app, manage your subscription, or contact us to request a copy or deletion of your data.
We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain billing records for legal reasons.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. Analytics cookies are optional and only activate if you accept them via the cookie banner.
If we release a mobile app, we'll add any additional disclosures required by app stores at that time.
We'll give reasonable notice before material changes take effect.
